Sara FISHER, RYT200

In 2013, Sara was completely out of shape due to months of physical inactivity as a result of health problems and took her first yoga class. Looking back to her first few practices she realized it wasn't easy, but was drawn to the relaxation and inner stillness she felt during a practice which she was able to take with her into her daily life. After just a few months she was beginning to see great physical, mental, and emotional changes in herself now feels more at ease with being who she is meant to be. Yoga has changed her life, and consequently she was inspired to become a yoga teacher so she can share this practice with others.

In October 2013 she received a Level 1 Training certificate from YogaFit and began teaching yoga classes on a weekly basis. She then completed a Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour yoga teacher training program through YogaSix in St. Louis, MO in 2015 and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200.

Her goal is to help people be at peace with their bodies and minds, no matter what age, shape, gender, race, or fitness level and encourages those seeking out a positive life-changer to give yoga a try.
